Central to this project is the provision of support to the victim through a combination of the employee’s personal network and the professional network.
In the project, which is financially supported by the European Social Fund, an approach plan and a checklist are being developed which can help the employer with the reintegration of his employee after a traffic accident. Both tools look at the employer’s position on the day of the accident, during the first few weeks afterwards and in the longer term.
The project is being led by the non-profit organisation Rondpunt vzw, which supports traffic accident victims and promotes cooperation between the relevant sectors. The project is being financed by the European Social Fund, and runs from 2011 to 2013.
