Prevent collaborates as a partner in a European Leonardo Da Vinci partnership project aimed at the exhange of knowledge on the impact of safety and health at work on productivity (Health and Safety at Work and Productivity HesaPro).

The project’s aim is to set up a platform based around a toolkit offering a variety of aids to support the relationship between prevention and productivity. These will include case studies, good practice examples, research reports, literature studies, aids in the form of checklists, evaluation tools and websites.

Prevent is performing a literature study covering current and completed research on the theme, carrying out work visits in order to provide input to the inventory of good practices and helping develop the platform.

The project is being led by the Directorate-General for Productivity of the Turkish Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology, and is running for a two-year period (2011-2013). Partners in the project are, besides Prevent, ANACT (FR), the Slovak Productivity Centre SLCP (SK) and the Work Efficiency Institute TTS (SF).
